While you do not necessarily need to have a foot care background, it is very helpful to have a medical background, as this can help you tremendously when starting and growing your franchise.
4What are the qualifications I need to meet to become a Franchisee?
There are no specific qualifications needed in order to become a franchisee, but it is helpful to have some type of university degree.
5What is the application and approval process?
After we have received and reviewed your application, we will decide whether we feel that you are a suitable candidate. If so, we will contact you to discuss next steps and set up an in-person meeting.
6What kind of training will I need?
We will provide you with the Dr. Foot administrative course as part of your training, once you are approved as a franchisee.
7How will I work with Dr. Foot, and how will you support my franchise?
Dr. Foot will work collaboratively with you to support your franchise. We will provide in-store marketing materials to our franchisees for the purpose of local advertising. In addition, we can provide your clinic with a chiropodist or podiatrist during the first year of operation, as needed, if you do not already have registered health care practitioners to assist you.
